Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at The Catherine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and an HDMI cord for streaming. This is a central location and prone to noise.

"Would not look at staying anywhere else - the Catherine had it all!"

Location was perfect and the view from the 19th floor Bar astounding! Facilities were fantastic with everything we could possibly need including a washer and dryer.

The bed was not as comfortable as we expected.

Fantastic with one exception. The toilet never flushed. Using the plunger repeatedly made no difference.

"Huge comfortable apartment"

Huge apartment, very comfortable, facing away from the city view but for the money I wasn’t surprised. The pool was decent, parking easy to use and the reception area nicely decorated. There’s a bar on the roof with an amazing view that serves great cocktails.

Lost property process is complicated if you live abroad. You have to pay for a postage label which doesn’t seem to be possible from my country. Because there is no dedicated reception, if you have any issues it is difficult to resolve.

I liked the area, the furnishings, bathtub, washer and dryer. I didn't like the inflexible check-out time and the lack of cable news channels
