Beds a bit firm but ok

This is a Sonder managed property, which requires you to download their app in order to check in and receive details. All is online thru the app and messaging. Before booking, you should educate yourself about how Sonder works. Property pro’s: 1. Great location 2. Free parking for one vehicle (follow rules, otherwise be towed). 3. Beautiful property with nice sky deck with bar, swimming pool, gym. 4. Studio was nice set up for overnight stay. 5. Balcony for our unit. 6. Bed mattress comfortable. Con’s: 1. Our place was over the Aussie’s bar, which was extremely loud until 11pm. It was quiet after that, but if you need sleep, it’s not great. 2. Only two towels and nothing more, no bath mat. Almost did a split coming out of shower. 3. Didn’t seem as clean, lots of dust bunnies, counter/table smudges. 4. Only 1 elevator was working so we had to go up to eventually go down. 5. Would have preferred a view, you don’t know exactly what you are getting.

The property was convenient to everything in downtown Austin and South Congress. We walked to concerts at Moody Theater & Amphitheater. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The free parking in property garage was a bonus! We have already recommend it to friends.

Excellent and beautiful place to stay in downtown Austin

The hotel itself was nice, great location and parking. Unfortunately, the pull out bed was unusable as springs were missing, the mattress slanted downward and it was structurally unsound. The mattress cover was dirty as well. We had to use the actual sofa to sleep. The ceiling fan in the bedroom knocked and was very noisy. Not a great night's sleep.

Location. Pool and gym. Free parking (what a bonus in Austin!). Washer dryer.

Locations was awesome and quality for price is amazing

Residential block in a great location, close enough to walk into the centre or good location for bus connections going to lots of different locations (day pass $2.50). Apartment on the 9th floor contained everything we needed kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, the bed was huge, TV which you can link to watch channels from an iPad or phone. The view was good over a lovely infinity pool (included) and a beach volleyball cafe. Bathroom was huge with a bath/shower inc basic toiletries and hairdryer. Walk in wardrobe included iron/board. Everything worked well. Receptionist in lovely reception area was helpful. One parking space included for free.

Nothing all good. Only slight confusion was when we checked in, the car visitor parking area is in the underground car park (not outside front doors) then you have to go into your apartment to get the parking clicker/fob & permit, then back to park your car. The lift needs the fob to operate it. But these were only minor inconveniences.

The place was nice

It was a little warm.
