The rooms were comfortable and well appointed

The location is far from the places most people want to go in Ha Long. The restaurant was not open for lunch & dinner. The breakfast was very basic and not many western options. The pool area was very basic and closed at 6pm for no reason. The worst was when we were checking out they had no credit card facilities. Wanted me to go outside in pouring rain to withdraw cash.

Instalaciones inmejorables,es un hotel de 5 estrellas,nuevo a estrenar, el baño es impresionante, con ducha a presion y agua caliente,la cama muy comoda, y el personal correcto pero sin hablar casi ingles. Justo delante del hotel hay un restaurante que hacen pinchos a la brasa muy buenos.

Del alojamiento me gusto todo,es perfecto,de verdad!!! Lo unico que se debe saber es que la ubicacion esta en la ciudad de Ha Long,es un sitio tetrico,lleno de construcciones sin acabar i todo medio abandonado o abandonado en su totalidad. Creo que el peor sitio que he visitado.
