The hotel is ok : the location is not the best but the hotel is clean and tidy : the pool is questionable as kids run riot and scream as if they are undergo surgery without anaesthetic - seriously management needs to sort this issue Breakfast : well the less said the better : room for major improvement

Main issue after travelling down from hanoi weather: I just wanted to keep it simple and use the restaurant. I went to the restaurant to be told you have to make a reservation, every table was vacant. Was told us room service. Later on I went back to the restaurant to find one table occupied. Ordered room service after waiting 40 minutes, was told nothing was available. The second night, there checked if restaurant open, and I was told it was, arrived to find all the lights off. The area in front of the lifts was like a kids' playground, but the worst noise offenders were the parents. On checking in, I was told definitely no smoking hotel, getting out if the lift you could smell smoke. Staff were pleasant enough but even they did not know why restaurant was closed or not serving food. All in all would not recommend this hotel as a stay.

The room was confortable and pretty, as well as the whole facility

We broke a shampoo bottle and we absolutely understand we had to pay it back. But they made us pay 700k VND (about 25€) which was the price we paid for our entire stay there. This was unacceptable and they acted like they didn’t understood English to avoid conflict about the price. We of course contacted booking support. And their breakfast lack diversity. And there was mold on the entire ceiling of the bathroom
