Very friendly staff, great location to do the tri cime hike the next day as it is situated on the trailhead and with a gorgeous lake outside

Wish there was more healthy breakfast options, a bit weird to enter a hotel through a restaurant as there was no separate entrance and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear anyone who walks past at night

Absolutely stunning views from the hotel, lovely fireplace in the restaurant and a hearty breakfast.

Only issue was that out of the 3 nights we stayed there, on only 1 of the nights was the heating in our bedroom working. We asked staff about it and they said it was set to a timer and would turn on at 8.30pm but on 2 of the nights we were there it never turned on, so we had to go to bed wearing a jumper and trousers and use an extra duvet.

Great location, rooms were very comfortable.

No elevator and had to carry luggage up 3 flights, minor inconvenience.

The absolute best location-it was beautiful! Check in was easy and the room was as pictured and clean and comfortable.
