Great location and good value.

Not enough toiletries, dish detergent etc. Always need more if staying more than a couple of days.

Easy access to facilities.

No real concerns

Comfortable clean sheets, washing machine and dryer useful, good location, easy walking to food and groceries

Bathroom not washed properly, floors not cleaned properly, missing window blinds in living area which did not offer any privacy at night, kitchen crockery not washed clean, no hand soap or dishwashing liquid.

Convenient location and had most things we needed

Not the most comfortable bed, lots of noise just rolling over and the pillows were totally flat. No spare anything in the cupboard. 2 small rails in the bathroom for 4 peoples towels, no hooks, bathmat was soaked due to layout of space and massive gaps under all doors meant your could hear everything in every room all the time. Literally no space between closing the door of the bedroom and the end of the bed, better off with smaller beds since they refuse to cater for twin set up yet have twin beds…
