spacious and well presented. Access was easy and the bathroom was big, well equiped and spotless. Lots of little extras included such as porridge and breakfast snacks which were appreciated as we had an early start.

a mini fridge would have been nice for proper milk.

Clean and quiet. Good value for money

Very clean and comfortable. Don’t usually sleep well in hotels/B&Bs but had a really good night’s sleep! Plenty of breakfast items in the room and a good selection of hot drinks with a kettle.

Nothing wrong with the property but the local pub doesn’t cater for vegetarians unfortunately.

A very nicely decorated and comfy room with some thoughtful touches. Plenty available tea choices and biscuits. Socket next to the bed for charging phones & smart watches, thank you. Room just not quite big enough to include a desk and chair, but there was a 'put-you-up' table available.

The property was incredibly clean, well presented and also easy to find. Very comfortable bed, breakfast bits included and a great en suite bathroom.

Gorgeous Room & Lovely Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful overnight stay at Sixteen B and would absolutely come back. From the start, communication with the owners was excellent and made everything really straightforward. On-street parking was easy with plenty of space, and accessing the property via the key safe was simple and convenient. We stayed in Room 1 and it was gorgeous – beautifully decorated in warm, neutral tones with quality furniture that made it feel instantly homely. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a TV that actually worked (a pleasant surprise compared to other places we’ve stayed!). The modern bathroom was spotless, with a large walk-in shower that felt really luxurious. The village of Dunnington is picture-postcard perfect, with a traditional bakery, handy local shop, pharmacy, post office, and a cosy pub (The Cross Keys – we’d recommend the food!). It really added to the charm of our stay. Overall, this was the perfect base for our one-night stay as a couple. Comfortable, welcoming, and excellent value – we’d 100% return and highly recommend Sixteen B to anyone looking for a homely and stylish B&B.

Little touches like tea-making facilities were much appreciated. Although the bistro was closed during our stay (which we were told ahead of our arrival), the owners thoughtfully left us a selection of breakfast snacks, which was a nice alternative.
