"Perfect sleep stop near York."

Great comms with Olga, messages by emails & text. Easy to find with simple instructions to access the room. Great location in Dunnington, York, close to a small shop, a bakery & a pub. Comfortable, quiet & dark room, great en-suite shower room, tea & coffee plus snacks & porridge for breakfast. 100% happy to stay here again.

"A beautiful property and attentive hosts, great communication and clean and comfortable."

Very good communication from the host with check in details. Easy to find the property and parking, although on the street we managed to find a spot right outside. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed.
