"Lovely and clean, nice location"

It was easy to find and the instructions were clear. Everything was is good order and was clean. The bedding was good quality and all the decor was fresh.

"Excellent base from which to reach York."

Although we did not meet Olga she was very attentive, she provided lots of nice things in the room and checked in with us every day by text to make sure everything was fine. The room is spotless, the shower is hot and powerful, the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect - very close to York but in a quiet, pretty village.

Nothing we did not like. One improvement might be a mini-fridge so we could keep our milk cool?

"Superb"

Location was superb, quiet but handy for local shops and superb pub and farm shop for great food! Olga was on hand and approachable and willing to assist as needed

Heating control for room was located in a common area and neighbouring apartment was able to adjust to their preference meaning that we were left too hot!
