La cercanía a la playa

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento. Y pedimos cancelar para ir a otro lugar y no perder tiempo de nuestras vacaciones y no nos solucionaron. No hay jarra eléctrica, hay que sacar agua caliente de a taza. No recomiendo.

Adoramos a localização, conforto do quarto, da piscina e do café da manhã!

Não ter atendimento de petiscos na piscina e não ter jantar no restaurante do hotel.

Apesar da situação difícil, gostamos da localização do hotel, do quarto limpo e organizado e da cordialidade da equipe da recepção durante nossa estadia.

Não gostamos da falta de retorno e sensibilidade do hotel diante de uma situação tão delicada. Entramos em contato por e-mail, WhatsApp e pessoalmente na recepção sobre as diárias não utilizadas por motivo de falecimento, mas até hoje não recebemos nenhuma resposta do responsável. A ausência de comunicação e empatia foi muito decepcionante.
