"Muy buena"

Fue una buena estadia. Algunos recepcionistas como Marcos estaban muy dispuestos a ayudar La zona es muy buena. La piscina en la terraza esta linda. Los ascensores son muy rapidos. La recepcion es 24 horas. Muy cerca de la playa. Desayuno muy completo.

Algunos recepcionistas tanto mujeres como hombres no me ayudaban en lo mas minimo al consultarles cosas. No se puede acceder a tener agua fria en el hotel libremente. Tampoco venden botellas. Agua caliente te la quieren cobrar! Y tampoco puedes acceder a ella una vez que cierra el restaurante. El wifi funciona bastante mal. La piscina estaba algo sucia.

El desayuno es bueno, habitacion comoda y muy buena ubicación!!

El hotel esta lleno de agentinos no puede ser que no se sirva agua caliente para mate de agua potable, la gente se pelea por la maquina de café...que es para cafe pero se te solocitan que saques agua con un jarrito de la maquina, es decir que estas 15 minutos para llenar un termo, mientras se forma fila para desayunar y necesitar la maquina...con razón. Por otro lado, podria estar mejor de limpieza, el ascensor bastante sucio y en el sector del restaurante mucho olor a cloaca.

"Habitación muy buena, pero el personal no es para nada atento"

El desayuno bueno

La atención del personal es mala , ningún pedido que hicimos fue solucionado , por ejemplo falta de elementos como alfombras de baño , shampoo y limpieza de habitaciones, el personal no se esfuerza por entender el idioma español. Falta de comunicación habitación con recepción , si estás en el piso 3 tenes q bajar a la recepción para hacer cualquier pedido.

Café da manhã bem farto. Quarto amplo. Muito próximo da praia d9 forte. Muitos restaurantes próximos. No hotel também restaurante terceirizado que oferece almoço preço único e justo. Café colonial bem farto com preço justo.

Não tinha shampoo no banheiro. Quando solicitei a camareira disse que esteva em falta, que ainda iriam comprar.
