Awesome staff! A lot of activities and tours that the staff promote. Every day there's a different activity. Game nights, BBQ, tours in the city and a lot more.

Staff is amazing, really helpful, kind and understanding. The place is lovely, close to everything you need. Really loved staying here !

The staffs were welcoming and tried to be helpful with the various problems we had with our room. The complementary breakfast was a good addition. There were quite a few guests but everyone was super respectful, never too loud, and also friendly.

I have quite a few problems: 1. The ventilation in our private room was so loud. It wasn't fixable. My mom needed ear-plugs to be able to sleep. 2. The room was not properly cleaned. Dust on the bed's headboard, a dead fly on the floor, some previous guest's tangled hair in the bathroom. We showed all of this to the staffs (with image evidence) and they told us they would talk to the cleaning people. 3. The property said it was 8 minutes away from the French Quarter, which is technically true, but to be frank, most of the attractions and restaurants are more like 20-30 minutes away, so do prepare to walk for quite a bit. 4. The water pressure in the bathroom was not enough to wash my hair.

The facilities were excellent and in a very secure area
