On check in I was informed I had to pay a key deposit of R300 - No issues there however the return of it was problematic. In my opinion there are no secure protocols around the returning of this deposit to the guest. Anyone can sign for another rooms deposit. Sadly it seems someone else signed for my deposit which they refunded to them, and this took sometime and frustration to have it returned to me a week later. Tv remote did not work, small thing I agree but could have been resolved.

Couldn’t connect to the WiFi from room 11 Both sausages beef and pork was overdone at breakfast. Opening for breakfast only at 9 could be a challenge for people that needs to catch a flight

The animals running around the grounds in front of the rooms were spectacular. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all great. Absolutely recommend the food here.

We were told breakfast would be between 8am and 9am, but when we went to the restaurant area at 8:20, there was nobody around for about 20 minutes. When they did show up, they did not look very happy about serving breakfast.

Loved the staff and the peaceful setting. Feels like a home from home. Wide variety of food and beverages on the menu.

No deck chairs around the pool for tanning.
