"Not enjoyable at all"

Location

The management staff not very friendly or even welcoming. Felt like we were intruding even though we paid money to be there. Confusion with the price - wanted to charge higher price than one on Booking.com until I complained and showed proof Didn’t open the office on time to allow for check out Promised to return my key deposit same day, which they failed to do. No communication, nothing Rooms had a damp and musty smell - from not opening doors and windows long enough
