San Felipe Beach Hotel

Woke up beach front. Wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Very Expensive for what was offered, definitely no fringes type of Motel not a 'Hotel'.. location was the only thing really offered. Would not stay there if we were planning a 2 night or more stay. It is a pity because it could be much more but IMHO owner is relying on 1 night travelers to and from the US and NOT worrying about creating a 'nice place' really even a 2 star premises.

Great location, nice people, yummy food! BUT: We had two nights at the hotel and unfortunately one of the nights was sleepless because the hotel owners keep their dogs at the property. The dogs were barking through the whole night. The next day we got a room far from the backyard. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and it was kind of ruined. We were tired and did not enjoy our day as much as we wanted. Despite what happened we had a good time and we would love to revisit in the future.

When we arrived the restaurant & bar was closed. The pool was closed for repairs. The room was awful, shower curtain hanging on 6 hooks instead of 12, the tile was in pieces by the toilet and badly stained. Furniture was chipped and floor dirty. The only nice thing to say is it's on the beach. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1.

The hotel is in a good location. We did find trash that was left there from a different visitor. We needed last minute accomodations and they refused to think of alternatives.

Property is old and in need of renovation and repair. Would not stay again.

Love that it leads to the strip. Didnt like to step on sandy tile before entering the room. Mats would be nice
