Crown Resorts at Silverwoods

The unit was a bit dated (old refrigerator that was VERY loud when cycling, hard mattress, old bed spread), but clean and neat. It was a bit musty when we first got into the unit, but we bought a candle and room spray and that freshened it right up. There was a bundle of wood on the back deck (not sure if that was left from the previous guest or not?), but we made a fire in the fireplace on a soggy Saturday evening and enjoyed a nice evening in after a rainy day out touring the local area.

The surroundings area are very unique like living in the forest with many deers as neighbors. The buildings are quite old but well maintained. The kitchen provides less and poor quality cooking tools. The cutting board is so little to work and no good knives to cut meat. Wine glasses are so thick. The kitchen just far below the “full kitchen “ for this level of property standards.

The area is beautiful . The property itself is shabby inside. The cabinets need replaced, the carpet is dirty . Pillows are awful . The condo is terrible to find at night homes are not marked by the road so you can easily see your number .

We did not stay at the crownwood resorts and ended up having to book a Fairfield by marriot on our own as the after hours check-in process was insane. Not only is the name completely different from what was booked Crown Resorts at Treasure lake, not Silverwood, there was a previously unmentioned $150 deposit required before we could get our keys which were under someone else’s name. The location was not the same as provided and finding it in the dark proved impossible so we left. We had asked the person for help finding our room on the phone who “checked us in” but were told they have no actual knowledge of the properties and thus could not help. Love the wildlife surrounding the area. We did not enjoy the sewage smell coming from the outdoor grinder pump.

Spiders, old beds, not sure the bedding had been washed recently.

Nice it was on a golf course

Outdated everything inside! Stains in the carpets in every room and walls. Dread bugs all over spiders all over. Had to pay for soap toilet paper and tissues and paper towels and garbage bags. I put pictures of just a few of the stains and dead bugs and the 1983 microwave

Absolutely terrible! Please take this place of your web site.It’s dirty, old, disgusting! You can’t ever communicate with anyone it is through an agency. Then I called multiple times to see if the pool was open and they finally answered and said yes but never told me it closes at 5 and you can’t check in until 4. I couldn’t even sleep.
