I loved the hotel’s convenient location, with easy access to everything. The entire property was very clean, especially my room, which was cleaned daily throughout my six-day stay. The staff were kind and always ready to assist. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a great variety of food options. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off was timely and I appreciate.

Das Hotel ist absolute Spitze, ruhig gelegen und ruhig im Haus. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Parken auf dem Hof ist problemlos. Die Lage ist zentral und man kann den Stadtteil Bole von dort aus zu Fuß erkunden, sehr empfehlenswert! Der Shuttleservice zum Flughafen klappte super! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder!

La gentillesse du personnel, la situation géographique, le confort du lit et la propreté :)

Le petit déjeuné est pas mal mais peut être amélioré. Pour certain service, il y’a un problème de communication et cela entraîne une attente assez importante. Ex: un soir nous avons demandé un fer à repasser, on nous a dit qu’on nous l’enverrais dans 10 min et passé une heure on a jamais vu ce fer à repasser. Ça nous a mis en retard dans notre préparation et au retour on a jamais vu de fer à repasser dans notre chambre.
