I really enjoyed the stay and love to be back again. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Chef Deniss, Chef Adil, Azi, Eci who really help us with the food's and always welcome us to enjoy the view. And thanks to all staff for the activities around the hotel.

We had a great experience at the Sheraton Belitung, and the restaurant team made it even better. Levia, Azi, Aras, Wanda, Valencia and Putri (among many many others which I would love to be able to mention as well) were so kind, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel welcome every day and took great care of us during our stay. The stay was extremely enjoyable and full of moments of surprises and delights. We love this place so much that we visited here for the 6th time. It also happened to be our 10th wedding anniversary. We didn't expect it, but we were so happy to receive a cake and a congratulatory card. Thank you for always welcoming us like family and guiding us so kindly. Amazing beach and coral right off the shore. The staff are very nice

The menu and food quality was terrible and incredibly expensive. Normally this type of thing can be overcome by just eating at nearby restaurants … but because there is no development nearby you are captive to their prices and terrible food. The staff were nice and acknowledged that the food was an issue and are working to change the menu

Excellent resort, with amazing views, extremely quiet, and impeccably maintained. Staff were amazing, especially Susi and Restun. Highly recommended.
