Sheraton Belitung Resort

We had a fabulous holiday at this amazing ecological hotel, nestled in tropical forests. Amenities, rooms and food were outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful; especially Clara at the front desk and Nurul, Kieren, Robin and Livia at the restaurant. Blue Mind kept us entertained with a variety of actives to showcase this unique island. Will definitely go back.

Pleasant and wonderful stay! Before our visits, Valen assists us in many ways, like the room and transporation. Although we came quite late, the receptionist welcomed us very warmly. The comforting greetings from Restu and Elsa opens our wonderful experiences. The private beach is beautiful, we would stargazing for hours. During breakfast and dinner, Kheren, Robin and Frankie serve us with delightful meals, while the beach view near the restaurant opens a new door of experience for us. Santra is always steady for assist us, especially the buggy car. The room during our stay is so cozy. The view, bed, bathroom, welcoming dessert, anything feels so personalized. I can feel that the staff here really put their heart in this. On the last day, we got our chance to visit the honey farm, accompanied by Valen and Rizky. I would say that this activites that include with local for convervation is clever. Though our stay feels short, Sheraton Belitung resort gave us a memorable moment for our honeymoon. Thank you for all staff members that assist us during stay (Valen, Elsa, Clara, Susan, Cahyo, Restu, Andrew, Santra, Rizky, Mario, Dimas, Robin, Kheren, & Frankie). I hope I can visit this resort again very soon!

I came with my Mum this time and had an excellent stay. The resort is so beautiful and on the best beach. Can just walk to see the magnificent boulders! Food was all excellent and good value esp to comparative resorts. staff were sweet and kind to make us feel special. Thanks Robin and team in restaurant and Susan and front of house. Thank you. Its an absolute hidden gem!

The wonderful staff, Clara, Elsa, Valen, Susan, Dimas, Rizky, celebrated my wife's birthday with a birthday cake. Thank you for all your kindness.

It is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

The room and amenities were great, really love the serene ambience! All pure nature vibes with eco friendly mindset. It was just perfect for our first baby moon vacation. Not to mention that the staffs were so lovely too <3 top tier services indeed..

The staff is beyond friendly. Beautiful place, beautiful lobby and beautiful nature. Breakfast is fairly diverse. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff was. Thank you Clara and Suzan! But also everyone else.

The breakfast had tasty sauces and recipes for chicken everyday, but the chicken was dry every time. Some tips for the hotel could be: The pool could use more beds. The beach has no beds. The hotel amenities does not include a razor. The taxi option through the hotel is 3x more expensive than through a local. This is too much of a price difference to be reasonable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Valen, Elsa, Rizky, Restu, Cahyo, Susan, Darma, and Clara—each one of them made the experience memorable with their friendliness and professionalism.
