Sheraton Belitung Resort

Son emplacement, la vue y est exceptionnelle depuis le petit déjeuner, la plage où la piscine. On ne le voit pas depuis la mer ce qui le rend discret. Sa politique environnemental est très cohérente et rend le séjour encore plus agréable, tout vient dès alentours ce qui permet de mieux comprendre la nature qui nous entour. Le personnel est aux petits soins et ça fait la différence.

Resort molto bello e in una posizione meravigliosa. Spiaggia lunga, riservata, sabbia bianca e vista sulle isolette che circondano la baia. Lo staff ci è stato di molto aiuto nel girarci contatti per le escursioni in barca e sulle colline.

The place was just amazing esp the journey into it that takes you to the jungle then to the resort by the sea. Place built with lots of respect to nature. Service was emaculate and attentive. Salute to team Sheraton Belitung.

Beautiful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately they appear to be either understaffed or not properly trained as some things take an exceptionally long time. If you can bear with the slow service, then there is nothing else to complain about.

The staff were kind although they need training to cater for visitors above 20 people

This can’t be Sheraton hotel with 5 stars! 1- all sun longes were occupied and first day we managed to have one beach bean bag and the following day only mattress on the floor like student camp! 2- we informed reception when we checked in that we will go for the high tea and when we arrived at restaurant they said no reservation! 3- no tables to sit for restaurant , every time we want a table it’s booked 4- Shampoo in the room was filled with water !! 5- No duty manager or property manager was present to take up our complaints and check for our needs. I am so disappointed it’s not at all value for money and very low service Really really disappointed

The sea n whites sands beach was exceptional! It was worth to fly! There r! Private beach of Sheraton . Staff always kind and sustainable facility was great

Restaurant was not ready to high occupancy. We waited 1h for one pizza as the waiter informed the 1st one was burnt then waited the other. And finally when we got it, the dough was under cooked. There were warm gesture and kind staff to cover this inconvenience but still we gave up the pizza at the end. I found several tables also compliant not coming orders or i feel the staffs were all overwhelmed.

Excellent place for staycation with your family because of it's peacefullness, great access to the private beach, clean and very comfortable!
