Very nice hotel in beautiful location, very relaxing

Limited activities but not a problem for a short stay or if relaxation is the main objective

Malgré le fait que le cadre soit parfait, le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous. Les services proposés sont très élevés, les prix du restaurant sont très élevés pour des prestations qui ne sont pas au rendez-vous ( ok mais ne valent pas 3ou4 fois le prix des hôtels voisins ) Aucun commerce accessibles à pieds

Beautiful resort in a stunning location. Kind and friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed chatting with the trainees on their internship, they were very enthusiastic and sweet. It was a wonderful escape from jakarta for the weekend. Beach is pristine. Water too. Just lovely! Island hopping was also excellent.

Overall I can't complain but would have liked if the beers weren't 88k++ for a small bintang...i know it's a 5 star resort but I do think I would have spent more on alcohol if the prices were less eye watering (for an Indo resident...maybe for foreigners this is just a normal price).

The resort was great, there were so few people and we were able to enjoy the pool and beach without being crowded at all. Most of the times it was just us on the beach, and very few people at the pool. The room was always clean, bed was very comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was quite limited for breakfast and also for the lunch/dinner menu. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected better quality. It was good, but not great.

Beach is amazing, island hopping was fun. Breakfast is good and service was excellent. They even gifted me a Hibiscus Tea box. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.

Bellissimo hotel , ci hanno fatto un upgrade e ci hanno dato una suite vista laghetto davvero enorme e spettacolare , doppi servizi salottino con tv frigo bar , camera da letto con un altro tv e un altro frigo bar , esternamente due vasche da bagno e uni spazio esterno con una bella vista.Camere sempre putite perfettamente e estremamente insonorizzate. Siamo stati una settimana e abbiamo sempre mangiato nel ristorante all'interni del resort cibo buono ma menu con poche scelte. piscina molto bella praticamente in spiaggia e una magnifica spiaggia con un mare splendido

l'unica cosa che mi sento di suggerire e di organizzare qualcosa alla sera perché l'hotel è abbastanza isolato e di sera non c'è praticamente nulla da fare.

What a lovely and well run Sheraton. The staff is just wonderful - Aras, Henry, and Febri were just wonderfully hospitable. Gwen was a joy and a great driver ;) The rooms are a calm decor and the beach feels like a secret hideaway. The restaurant staff - Roby, Suci, Desra and Riska. Thank you for such a relaxing getaway.

Posizione ottima, nel centro di una riserva naturale, ma a piedi non si va da nessuna parte.

La struttura ha delle potenzialità incredibili, ma il cibo lascia veramente a desiderare, anche i piatti Indonesiani non sono buoni. Manca un manager del food (mai visto in giro il genaral menager) che metta le cose a posto e faccia marciare una struttura dalle potenzialità incredibili. Colazione varia, ma nulla di che. Consiglio alla proprietà un menager occidentale che metta a posto la cucina ed il servizio.
