Was a nice room. Staff was very friendly

The staff were really nice and helpful. It had a homely feel overall.

first of all they didont give my choosen room,secondly i booked for 28 to 30 January,They text me 28 morning And told me my choosen room was changed.They sent me new address,few month ago they did same things with me.Thirdly when i was in room another couple open my room from out-site and told me they also booked same room.This is really unprofessional behaviour .The pillow and bed was very bad conditions ,i think they use this pillow from last 7-8 years.Only one light was active in the room.Wifi service very poor its like someone donated internet to them.Overall i've very bad experience to them.

I liked that the room had a smart tv and that I was able to use the garden quietly rather than just out the front.

That I was sent an expired WiFi link originally and I had to go out and find public WiFi to rectify this.
