I went to the 55 last minute they decided to change my location due to my room not being ready or faulty sent me somewhere else I was outside for 40 mins looking for this location locals didn’t even know where it was stumbled across a man and he stated that he constantly gets people thinking he’s house is the location . Changing it last minute as I have already arrived is unacceptable after I told you I was on my way to the first location toilet was dirty and the room was cold on arrival . Not what I expected as they changed my location so I didn’t get the room like in the pictures . One staff member had bad communication so I was contacted by another one who helped me find the location over all would recommended .

Asked to transfer 20£ for key that we returned back in box .the claim we lost key for them and no cctv to provide we didn't returned it .also there is no way it costs 20£ to cut key coppy ...
