Good layout. Perfect for Us grandparents and grandkids. Loved the outdoor space. It gave us room to spread out. Much much better than a hotel stay . Surprisingly good view .

Never did figure out the WiFi. Not a big issue, we just used a hot spot.

The apartment had a lovely sunny porch to sit and enjoy coffee which had beautiful views.

The hosts were very unresponsive and didn't reply to our emails. The shower in one the bathroom with the bath didn't work properly. It wasn't possible to change the water flow from bath mode to shower mode so most of the water into the bath rather than coming out of the shower head.

Having lived in Santa Fe, I recognized the location would be convenient to downtown shops/restaurant. The unit had a view of the mountains, fireplace and easy access to parking plus no parking fee. The unit was very clean and the decor was simple but comfortable.

1. The information notebook was dismal. I have never run across so little information in a unit. 2. The INTERNET PASSWORD information was not correct. On a Saturday morning I had to make five calls to finally reach someone for assistance. When I got through to the right person they sent someone over right away and he was a great help. This was a simple but important issue. Put a framed picture with internet log-in information on the kitchen counter and include exactly how to reach the IT people. 3. If you have a fireplace, provide firewood. Or at least enough for first night!!! 4. I would suggest labeling key areas. Had to look through all cabinets in kitchen for coffee cups which ended up being in the dining room. Looked in bathroom for towels but finally found them in closet I thought was for coats.

We loved the setting! Really enjoyed the porch outside and also how the chairs inside were arranged to enjoy the view! There was a vast array of supplies inside to make our stay enjoyable 😊

The only thing that was a little problem, was that neither outdoor lights were working. We managed ok with our cellphones. Also, we did not find instructions on how to lock the door, but when we called we received an immediate response and solution! We were also unable to locate trash cans outside. We did make contact with the employee picking up the trash and he told us to leave it outside the door and he would be over directly to collect it

There were ants in the main bathroom.
