Very spacious apartment with a big private terrace right by the ocean. The kitchen has all needed equipment. The apartment is located just by a public swimmingpool and a space with natural ocean pools, which is perfect to relax after a long day. Walking distance to the center of Madalena and to the wineyards. Big free parking spot by the lobby. We really had a wonderful time her and would definitely recommend it.

Nuestra cabaña tenía unas vistas impresionantes, al mar, la isla de faial y los viñedos. El interior también era ideal. La terraza enorme. Y la limpieza diaria un 10.

A nice spacious light filled apartment. Next to rock pools if you like sea swimming. A short walk to restaurants and the ferry terminal.

Access to a washing machine would have been helpful.

The property’s location is excellent—easy walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

• Access is awkward: you walk past the unit to reach the remote entrance, then retrace the same distance back inside. • The bedroom had a persistent damp, musty smell, and the king bed was hard. Only three small (twin-size) pillows were provided. • Bedding appeared worn; we noticed discoloration and what looked like dead insects on the underside of the blankets. After leaving the blankets out for replacement, they were folded and placed back in the closet. • Kitchen items needed better cleaning—several wine glasses had a visible white residue. • Bathroom fixtures are unusually low, and the fabric shower curtain showed dark staining and billowed inward during use. • Balcony had just one chaise lounge, so only one person could recline at a time. • Living-room seating is stiff; two chairs seem designed as single pull-out beds, which makes them uncomfortable for normal sitting. • Housekeeping left only two coffee pods for a two-night stay and did not replenish them.

Location is excellent. Great place to chill on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoy the surroundings. Close to town and restaurants. Good interior and comfy bed. Breakfast was not included.

Great location walking distance to Magdalena. All the houses has large terrace looking at the ocean and Faial island. The room was clean, and the stuff very responsive and helpful. There is a public pool right next door - it does not belong to the hotel, but it’s a great treat after a day around the island.

There were lots of mosquitoes! We were well eaten after the 1st night. It would be great to have mosquito nets on the windows and doors. Also, having some basic supplies - oil, sugar, salt - would be helpful. Otherwise a great stay

Gut eingerichtetes Haus mit Zimmerservice. Jeden Tag wird gereinigt und auf Wunsch auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren.

Unser Haus (n°11) lag direkt am Parkplatz. Die anderen Häuser hatten einen schöneren Garten. Unsere Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt jemand käme zum reparieren…. ist aber nie der Fall gewesen.
