It's was too clean

The hospitality I got from from everyone ,including the owner.had issues with the apartment that I booked with booking.com .I booked for two rooms but booking.com booked for me a 1 room.but the owner explained everything and as much as I wasn't ok with the 1 room.the staff ,owner were helpful and even offered me a refund if I book out but I could not leave that kind of treatment. So I loved the treatment

Great value for money. Excellent location directly at the beach on the promenade. Gorgeous view of Clifton Beaches and Mountain Ranges. Newly renovated modern, beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment. Clean and spacious. Staff and Host professional and a pleasure to deal with. We had private parking and housekeeping service. Highly recommended. We already booked our next stay in this incredible apartment.

The location was amazing, easy to navigate to with stunning views. Walking distance to the beach and a lovely coffee/eatery. Central to all the Camps Bay eateries. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean.

The room never got serviced for 3 nights

I like - on site: Very helpful employees on site, short distances to the Clifton Beaches. Clean apartment, although the interior is a little dated. Bus stop right outside the door.

I wish - to know up front: We were very very aware of the traffic noise (cars, buses, motorcycles, delivery vans). As Victoria Road is to the top busy and the balcony doors are very thin, we unfortunately couldn't sleep here all night. I boost - to change: Particularly unattractive and very unpleasant: permanent sewer odor in the sanitary area. After a booking has already been made: Extensive communication/organization to safeguard the provider (code of conduct/regulations), including the exchange of sensitive personal data via social media.

Wonderful view from the window, good location, very good and quick contact with the owner and apartment staff.

The apartment is a bit out of date, the sofa is not comfortable and not very suitable for sleeping. On top of that you have to pay an additional deposit of 4,000 zar and the house rules are strange. The swimming pool is in a different place and you have to walk a bit to get there. I think the apartment has a beautiful view and the service is very good, but it is too high a price for such a standard.
