Views, bed the whole setup.

The refrigerator and apartment was not clean.

It felt abit unsafe. Opposite bus station and busy road with cars going up and down so noisy

The views are eye watering and the location is perfect and central to everything in Camps Bay.

Place was cluttered with unnecessary ornaments/books/cushions/ magazines dated 2017 - all adding to the dirty feel Bed was like sleeping on a plank so had serious lack of sleep - my husband and I were both attacked during the three nights by a bug/spider in the room which try as I might I could not find in all the clutter of the room - covered in bites - Load shedding - the price you pay you think property would have a generator - lifts don't work in load shedding so had a couple of steps to climb in the dark - thank goodness for cell phones with torches - Arrived and was told no parking available to tenants unless previously arranged and paid for (extra expense) so had to park in the street a few buildings away - yet another long walk to get to your apartment No cleaning service ( I presume yet another extra expense if you required) The photos show a heated pool etc - yes there was! but you had to walk up lots of stairs and go to the property next door so did not feel comfortable in your own space Also did not realize how busy and noisy the street is in front of the apartment ! Give me a Hotel any day with uncluttered room/ free cleaning service / generator and free parking on the property

The apartment was amazing. Great decor and unbeattable location! The view was simply amazing and the bed was super confortable.

The fact that we had to meet someone to get and give back the keys was annoying as there was not much flexibility (a simple lock box would be way more convenient). In regards to cleanliness: we found unknown socks under the bed and the glass surfaces were full of finger prints. Also, on the second morning, someone came in to "make the room" but as this is not a hotel (and there was no 'do not disturb' sign option), i was quite surprise by this. Lastly, a large safety deposit was charged to our card (not just a hold) and than returned to a different rate which made us loose 20$ for absolutely no reason (not the biggest deal, but still not fun). The overall stay was great, but some minor irritants where definitly present.
