Scottish Inn & Suites Houston Willowbrook

Arrived very late and completely exhausted. The gentleman was ready when I walked in and made check in efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to ask for those “little extras” that used to be standard, because he asked me if I needed them. On top of this, given the late hour of our arrival, he offered a late check out without being asked. Some of the best customer service at a hotel we have had in a while. The room was very clean. The maintenance appeared consistent, the location was quiet. Basic amenities present. The only negative I could come up with was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. There is some in the office of course, however, I’m not a fan of interaction prior to caffeination.

To me managers make a difference. The manager here was always ready to smile. The rooms are brand new. There's a rope light for dimmable night light for kids or just ambiance. Name brand tub and fixtures. 50 inch tv. Fridge was cold already when we got there. Plush beds. I even noticed security cameras for the outside parking

It was a good stay I like the comfort and the cozy of the room
