Very good staff and amazing sample clean room (not coffee machine) but coffee and juices are available to the reception

Check in and check out was quick with a very friendly woman. The hotel is obviously new. The room looked and smelled new. It had an adjustable blue light above the bed to create ambiance and relaxation. Had a 50 inch screen tv. The bed was big, clean and comfortable. Had a very nice modern walk-in shower. The couch and all the furniture were in good condition. There was no breakfast. It is located behind a smoke shop, Asian restaurant and convenience store. The only issue we had was when at night three guests were standing outside our door being loud, laughing and on their phones. We called the front desk, and a man was immediately sent to break it up. We did not have an issue after that. Aside from them and other shady guests, and the smell of an illegal substance, we had a pleasant stay. Air conditioner works great, and there is an ice machine outside. Also, near plenty of food and shopping, and less than 15 minutes from the George Bush airport.

Friendly check in and check out. Hotel is new. Room looks and smells new with an adjustable blue light about the bed. The AC worked great. The TV was 50 inch flat screen. It was a modern walk-in shower. The bed was big and comfortable. Everything was clean and worked with a microwave and fridge. There were sketchy guests, especially some outside our door being loud at night. When we called the front desk, they sent someone to break it up and it was quiet from there on. It is located next to a restaurant and convenience store. It is close to shopping, dining options and the airport. We very much enjoyed our one-night stay.

I had a moldy pillow. This is inexcusable.

The room was great. The check in person tried giving us a room we had not requested. We wanted a non smoking downstairs. We had to pull our reservation up on the phone to convince her of what we had requested. The room was clean. There were some cigarette or marijuana burns in the sheets. We would stay there again.

This property is clean, quiet, feels safe and most of all the owners are honest people. I accidently double booked nd they fixed it to where i still got what i paid for. I woulf absolutely recommend to anyone !

Check in was quick and easy. The mattress was too soft and the AC was noisy. We had to ask for towels twice because they only left towels for 2 people when there were 3 of us staying in the room. We probably won't stay here again, but it wasn't awful. It just wasn't awesome.

Horrible experience. Stayed with my family and front office calls asking for a child’s name (not my daughter ) at 6 am. When I asked who was calling said it was front desk. After I go there says that wasn’t her and someone else asked to transfer to our room. Pretty strange and horrible experience overall never will stay at this again.

Positive: New hotel, Cleanness Negative: Water pressure in the shower vey low, No kitchenware in the hotel (even no disposable plates, spoons, forks, etc'), No tee - only coffee. Arrived at 13:00 - checking time. Very few cars at the parking lot. The lady in the reception said that only second floor is available. Doesn't sound true - seems that they don't like customers from Expedia...
