Best location ever! Super comfort beds and nice hot tub. Good breakfast Shout out to Ignacio and Santiago.

I loved everything about this hotel suite! How close it was to the town, the balcony, the terrace, the spacious living room, dining area, and adorable, fully loaded kitchen. I loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bath. The design and vibe were beautiful. I will always stay here if I come to Chapala. There is nothing like drinking a cup of coffee and having a view of the plaza.

It didn't have washer and dryer.

Donde se debía parquear el carro para bajar las maletas que era en media calle, lo que es peligroso, se puede ocasionar un accidente, lesionando la integridad de las personas.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable. The location was excellent and very safe. Especially if you are traveling with your family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Lake Chapala.

The hotel was a little loud at night as it is very close to the plaza. But they provided me with the ear plugs and it helped a lot.

Plaza Chapala Hotel is in great location and is close to shopping, food and the city Centro. The grounds were lush and lovely and the staff was wonderful.

Every day I was greeted with a cup of coffee, toast with butter and jam, and a bowl of fresh cut fruit. The fruit was usually guava and melon.

When you walk in, the grand staircase, Mexico style, presents a lush garden view as you ascend the stairs. The front desk, well versed in English, greets you warmly. The staff is friendly, well trained, and informative. You get a feeling they really care about your stay. They say, they are there to answer any of my needs. You are shown around your room, TV, Air-con, Fan, safe, how keys work for night closed doors and any other questions I can ask.
