The cleanliness and the staff. Also the food was excellent as well as the service.

Muy cómodo hotel para descansar y sus jardines botánicos hermosos, con mucha fauna bella, muy recomendable, su desayuno muy rico pero lo mejor es su personal muy amables todos.

The location, room and staff were all great.

Because it’s on the Main Street the noise can be a little loud. It quiets down after 11pm & the hotel leaves ear plugs— but be aware it’s what you get when you wait to be near the main area of town.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is in a great spot in the city. The breakfasts were great! The hotel is very cute and quaint. The area was very clean.

It was VERY noisy. The water heat and pressure for the shower were not good at all. It was a trickle and the took 15 min to get the water warmer....and you could not put your toilet paper in the toilet, it must be thrown away in the trash. The bed was very hard and not comfortable to me.

Beautiful place, everything you need right outside. Staff was super friendly, definitely recommended. Will stay there again.

I enjoyed eating complimentary basic breakfast outdoors on the terrace garden patio & discovered the hidden Buddha set back in the garden. How beautiful and amazing!

Excellent location. Staff was wonderful, beautiful grounds.

I would say that the only bad thing was that there was no elevator. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. But the grounds were beautiful.
