The Bell Inn is my home from home in Stilton as work takes me to Peterborough quite often. Comfortable accommodation in a unique and beautiful setting. Exceptional pub food. Brilliant staff who clearly enjoy working there and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is perfect.

"Don’t stay if there is a function taking place!"

The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. Lovely welcome note from the housekeeping team - who were very helpful.

There was a wedding on the first night of my stay. Despite not being with the wedding party, I was given a room above the function room. The music was so loud that the whole room shook and the windows vibrated. (It stopped at midnight.) In the morning, I couldn’t switch the shower off - I had to fetch housekeeping who said the hotel knew there was an issue with one of the showers (but had clearly not fixed it!) The coffee machine didn’t work.
