Peanuts House Kumakuma

for what we paid and what we were expecting, it absolutely nailed it. it is a onsen style (communal shower) and futon beds, but thats what we signed up for and it absolutely nailed it. the host was so lovely and let us store bags and shower after check out and just generally so cute. it was clean and in a great spot

Staying at Peanuts house was perfect and we would stay again next time. The owners were lovely and very helpful and the rooms and facilities were nice and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the ski resort and into the main part of town.

The host is so sweet and helpful! I was able to check in earlier and was also able to leave my luggage there for storage once I checked out. The room was clean and very cute! The in-house onsen is such a nice thing to have after a day of skiing. Well located just next to a buss stop. Lovely stay!

Really wonderful hosts and clean facilities! Onsite onsen was not quite as hot as the public free ones which actually made it much more accessible for me (when I tried the public hotsprings they were so hot I had a hard time acclimating)
