"Perfect stay for visiting Leamington Spa."

The parking lot in the back of the house is really helpful. The house is perfectly located for visiting both Leamington Spa only and the Midlands in general. The hosts were super kind and always available for supporting with whatever doubts or request we had. In the fridge there was a bottle of water and a bottle of milk (plus coffee pods as well) which is something we really appreciated. The flat was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There's no a better stay in the area at this price!

There's nothing we didn't like about this property BUT if I have to write something, one morning there was the gardener mowing the lawn at about 8:30 am and our bedroom window was right in front of the garden so the baby couldn't sleep no more.

Excellent penthouse room. The other apartment was maybe a bit small. Jody was very friendly and helpful. Not much crockery and glasses when we arrived but this was very soon sorted out.

2nd room was a bit small.
