Location ok. Parking ok. Flat ok but not as good as pictures led us to believe.

The flat was ok. Unfortunately, I was practically on my knees by the time I climbed the quite steep stairs to the third floor to get to it. I don’t recall anything in the literature about stairs. Also, the communication before hand was abysmal. Their email address didn’t work - came back saying it was blocked due to abuse!!! Probably unhappy customers. Did eventually get key code on morning of departure. Another thing I wasn’t happy about (although to be fair if I’d read all the small print I would have know), was the £75 cleaning charge! This was on top of the ‘what you pay’ amount. The stress this place caused me ruined our stay before we even left home 😡

Great location, good size bedrooms and two bathrooms suited us as we were two couples. Able to park and close to a convenience shop. Good communication with owners.

The only things that let it down were that things were a bit ‘tired’ and in need of replacement. There wasn’t enough crockery/utensils or glasses for 4 adults. We only made breakfast, but even so the lack of basic kitchen stuff was unhelpful. Easily rectified by the owners I’m sure.

Everything about our stay from the booking to leaving was excellent. The communication was great, the apartment was exactly as described and exactly what we had hoped for.

Great location easy walking distance to town centre. Exceptionally clean. Great space. Nice view and light in lounge kitchen diner area.

Keys and lock didn’t quite match up and took some wiggling to lock and unlock. Bottom hinge on fridge wasn’t quite right and had to lift fridge door slightly when closing.
