Warwick Place Apartments

We were sent clear instructions for gaining access to the apartment, which worked perfectly. We were able to park on the premises. It was well equipped; the kitchen area had everything we needed, and it was lovely to find milk in the fridge. There was a bathroom for each of the two bedrooms. The high ceilings gave a feeling of space. We never met the staff, but they sent several emails to make sure everything was ok. The location was excellent; it was only a 10 minute walk into town, and there were 2 pubs (we liked the Fat Pug), a Costcutter and a Spar, a fish and chip shop and a good, friendly breakfast café within 5 minutes. We're already considering staying again.

The dining table was fairly small and only had two dining chairs and a wooden bench, which may have been a problem for 4 adults if we'd eaten in. The big sash windows were a bit draughty, so we had to keep the heating on most of the time.

Fab location and parking. Staff were fab when we said it was cold- sorted really quickly. Only thing missing was a corkscrew!

Nice Apartments, great host, great accessible location

Great location for walking into town to bars and restaurants. Clean, modern and nicely decorated. Great to have different bed configuration options. We will return

Central location. Short walk to shops and town. Free parking. Good facilities. Clean, comfortable, well decorated apartment. Good communication with staff. Beds very comfortable.

You could hear doors from other apartments bang quite loudly late night/early morning. Also cooker knob symbols all worn off (probably due to cleaning) so you had to guess food temp and how to use (you need a laminated guide for future customers)

For anybody who needs to travel to Warwick or Coventry it’s conveniently located in a quite lane. The property is within reasonable distance of the main attractions and high street.

Easy 12 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The apt is well equipped and clean. High quality bed linens
