Clean. Simple check in. Service was good

Quiet, large room

Lighting is very bad, very little light in the room, the air conditioner was very loud and the design of the shower is poor. The lip at the bottom of the shower needs to be larger or have a larger shower curtain as water easily got out onto the bathroom floor - took 20 minutes to clean up after each shower. The room is too expensive for these basic problems that made the stay uncomfortable.

The king size bed! The staff were very nice , a table would have been nice! I mean a desk table and one chair was not great for in room eating.

For the price we paid the sink in the bathroom was clogged would not drain, the shower was missing a metal strip on bottom of door and we had to mop up floor after. Water everywhere and the ac made a really horrible noise. We spent one night in this room and were given another room for the next two nights. I do realize things happen but I felt it was two many things in one room.

From the start, we were made to feel unwelcome. Upon check-in, we were informed the pet fee was $75 instead of $50, & even after putting a credit card on file, I was stopped multiple times while walking in with my dog to ask if I had paid the pet fee, & it was done in a very accusatory manner while the lobby was occupied by multiple guests. The staff was unapologetic about the accusations each time & cared nothing of the comfort level of anyone in our party.

The staff was friendly, breakfast good. TP was too rough and thin

Plenty of options and no comment on breakfast because I didn't have breakfast.

Everything was great other than the staff Not attempting to control the amount of kids making it feel like a chuck. E cheese. Screaming and yelling and running in the lobby ruins the experience for the rest of us
