Despite being a ton of kids around, the hotel was really well sound proofed and quiet. It has a really cool atmosphere where people are actually using and hanging out in the lounging areas. The hotel is modern, fresh, and seemed really new. The breakfast was well stocked and they had different foods each morning. The most important part, the room was very clean. Shout out to the housekeeping staff, you work the hardest and no one notices what all you do unless its not done. As a former housekeeper for a nursing home, I know how much work that takes with zero recognition, and I think you for your attention to detail, and all the fresh clean towels. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing. There is a really nice outdoor lounge area with couches, tables and a big connect four game. As a vaper, it was nice to have an inviting outdoor area to sit and indulge. Its cool that theres a specific machine to refill your water bottle by the downstairs ice maker, I really appreciated that. I thought the bed was really comfortable, but my husband said it was to soft and his back hurt, so if you need a firmer mattress keep that in mind.

The room was smaller than I expected, but thats really not a big deal. The water pressure in the shower sucked.

Employee was very rude and unprofessional about my service dog I told them I would have a service animal over the phone and again when I checked in and didn’t have any problems until Saturday night when I went to take him out to go to the bathroom and on my way out she saw him and immediately started yelling asking for documentation which isn’t even a real thing. Threatened to call the manager and said I was lying about my room number which I was not it was late and she had my anxiety going crazy so I said the wrong number by accident. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone at all. Very unprofessional.

Betten waren nicht so bequem. Der Wasserstrahl war echt heftig, aber besser als dass zu wenig rauskommt
