Bequemes Bett, Zimmer an sich mit Balkon.

Lautes knallen beim selbsttätigen Schließen der Zimmertüren. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Lobby roch unangenehm und Fenster waren meist verschmiert, Mülleimer im Außenbereich überfüllt.

The hotel overall is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager Huy provided excellent service, he is kind and warm-hearted. hotles kindly upgraded my room to a suite, and also prepared lovely gifts fruits for me as travel souvenirs. Really satisfied with my stay, highly recommend.

У отеля бесспорные плюсы это номер с шикарной постелью и балконом и прохладный инфинити бассейн на крыше! Какие там виды!

Завтрак для Хилтона не очень богат. И на пляже нет инфраструктуры - лежаков и зонтов. Это надо исправить

Location 9 out of 10 Atmosphere 9 out of 10 Rooms 9 out of 10 Value 8 out of 10 only because Vietnam should be less expensive than American hotels. Special shout out to the extremely friendly and always smiling lobby check-in staff and also to the friendly hostess on the 5th floor Saturday night 6:00 p.m. so gracious and so friendly and always smiling.

Excellent hotel and at a perfect location. Not too noisy and very relaxing. Front desk and bellmen were super efficient and knowledgeable. Notable praise to MyMy for check in and assuring us that it had great views. Loc and Troung were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Gave great advise on place to visit. Always cheerful with great personality. Breakfast was good. Service at poolside and Together&Co can be improved. Overall a wonderful 60th birthday for my husband and a memorable holiday for us. We will be back for sure.
