Location is good

Facilities and staff are very bad. Room aircon doesnt work most of times. We had to call maintenance 6 times in 3 day. Front office staff are rude and not helpful at all.

The hotel is like a work of art! The rooms are spacious, modern, & the beds are super comfortable * Everyone was welcoming and very kind! A standout was the bellman, Thang! He went out of his way to be helpful, even when we first arrived and I told him we didn’t change our money, yet*** He said: Don’t worry, I’m just doing my job!” … I believe tips are important* We saw him often during the week and made it up to him; 5 star service! Overall a great experience.

excellent customer service. Very accommodating. Great view. Comfortable bed.

Tv could be updated, as it doesn't have USB or screen sharing facilities to your phone, and also it might be personal preference but I didn't find the pillows very comfortable.
