I would like to sincerely thank Abi at reception for his exceptional service. He was one of the most kind, caring, and genuinely helpful individuals I have encountered in customer service. His professionalism and compassion truly stood out. My brother is vulnerable, and Abi went out of is way to ensure he felt comfortable, supported, and at ease during our stay. That level of attentiveness meant a great deal to us, and we are incredibly grateful. Abi is a real asset to Groton Mount Hotel. Because of his outstanding customer service, we will definitely be returning and will happily recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Thank you to the team for such a positive experience.
