Excelentes habitaciones, muy buen desayuno, la ubicación no es tan centrica considerar taxi de la estación, no hay lugares cerca para comer y el restaurante hay que reservarlo un día antes. Todo lo cobran extra

Spacious room with full Mt Fuji View is wonderful. Facilities are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. But the location is quite far away from the station. Transportation only limited to shuttles and taxis. Shuttles provided only with reservations in advance. No restaurants and shopping stores around. The breakfast just so so, mainly Japanese breakfast with a little choices of breads.

"Great stay!"

Atention from the get-go was on point, all indications were very clear. Staff can clearly communicate in english, which helped. The room was big and comfortable, with a terrific view of Mount Fuji. Onsen was terrific, couldn't have asked for more. Great stay, would love to be back!

Restaurant was closed due to Japan Labor Day holiday. But that allowed us to look for food in the vicinity. Italian restaurant Verde close-by was god-sent, so it enhanced the experience overall.

"部屋から富士山が見える"

住宅街の高台にあるので迷いましたが こじんまりしたホテルですが 部屋の大きな窓、食堂、風呂から見える　富士山は絶景でした　朝目覚めてベッドから見る　朝日が当たる富士山は贅沢な景色でした
