優點： 1)房間和溫泉區都可看到富士山全景 2)附近有超大型Aeon和很多餐廳 缺點： 1)預約的接送車遲到也沒通知 2)房間冷氣出風口非常髒和發霉

The room is really nice and big. I love the perfect view. When we woke up in the morning and has the direct view of Mt Fuji from our bedroom window, this makes our day!!! Really nice to enjoy this perfect view with a nice cup of coffee by the window. The hot spring is not great but its 7/10 The breakfast is good

ถ้าอยากหาโรงแรมที่เห็นวิวภูเขาฟูจินั้นอาจจะตอบโจทย์ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศด้วย แต่ที่ไม่ปลื้มมาก ๆ คือลักษณะดีไซน์ห้องที่ผนังห้องนะหว่างห้องนอนและห้องน้ำมีช่องขนาดใหญ่ที่ทำให้เวลาเปิดไฟในห้องน้ำก็สว่างทั้งห้องนอน ! อีกทั้งประตูห้องน้ำก็ชำรุดแต่ไม่ซ่อม คือเนื้อไม้ของประตูแยกแตกออกจากกัน เวลาเปิดปิดเหมือนจะพังลงมาได้เลย ยังมีโคมไฟที่พัง ที่แค่จับเบา ๆ ตัวครอบโคมไฟก็ร่วงลงมาทันที แจ้งพนักงานให้มาซ่อม บอกว่าตอนเช้าจะมาซ่อมให้ แต่ก็ไม่มาซ่อม จนเช็กเอาท์แล้วก็พังอยู่แบบนั้น อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลายเท่าไร แต่มีหมูให้ย่างกินเองที่โต๊ะ เนื้อหมูย่างจะแล้วแต่ความชอบของแต่ละคน ถ้าไม่ชอบก็คือจะไม่ค่อยคุ้มค่าเท่าไร

"A little overpriced for the location."

Room had a nice fuji view on days it was visible

Location was remote and entrance was hard to spot- easy to miss the entrance if you're driving. Also, confusing instructions on check out time - the information booklet in the room said that check out was 11am, but front desk staff said it was 10am. When asked- they said the information booklet applied to only members- though there was no mention of it at all.
