The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko

Property for the night was what we needed! Hotel has outstanding views of Mt Fuji! We didn't use any amenities onsite so can't speak to those. The gentleman at the front counter was absolutely fantastic when we first came in. So friendly and helpful. When we came back to check in, the 2 at the desk were friendly but definitely not as friendly as the older gentleman earlier in the day!

ホテル内の近くに（歩いて３−４分）のところにあるイタリアンがとても美味しかったです。お酒を飲むので歩いて行けるところにちゃんとしたレストランがあるのは、とても助かります。コンビニも近くてロケーションが便利でした。看板がちょっと小さく最初だけ迷いました。お部屋は広くてよかったですし、水回りも改装が行き届いてます。

Fuldstændig fantastisk oplevelse og værelset havde den flotteste udsigt til Mt. Fuji. Vi havde booket end større værelse end nødvendigt for at få den gode udsigt. Hotellet har en skøn onsen men ingen adgang hvis man er tatoveret så det var desværre kun mig der fik oplevet det da min mand er tatoveret. Alt personlig pleje er stillet til rådighed samt den fineste yukata.

Staff was not very friendly.

The location was spectacular, perched on a hilltop overlooking the ocean. A little remote from a town but we enjoyed the seclusion. Rooms were excellent - very spacious and with a balcony. Breakfast was included and I have to say this hotel had the best breakfast of anywhere we stayed in Japan. The onsen was also the best we accessed. Had both indoor and outdoor option. Staff did not have great English but they were very helpful any willing to communicate via a translate app so there was never any problem.

A fair distance from the closest town. A courtesy bus or taxi would be needed to get to a shop or train station. Not sure that a courtesy bus was available

Aged and smelt of cooking as soon as we left our room. No ventilation in the lobby

料理が、非常に美味しかったです。 それと、何と言っても素晴らしいロケーションがとても良かったです。

Le matin on avait l'odeur de grillades tout suite lors qu'on sortait de la chambre.hotel vieux.petit dejeuner pas bien de tout. Pas de bus ou autre transport a proximite. Pour un taxi, l application GO taxi ne marche pas. Par contre ,tres bonne et agreable reception, et navette offerte pour nous emmener a la gare en partant de l hotel.

The hotel will give you incredible views of Fuji from your bedroom window if it has any visibility when you stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you didn't have a car as there isn't much around within walking distance (you can walk about 4 minutes to 7/11). The hotel and rooms are a bit dated and run down. However for the price, and the view I think totally worth it. Size of room was huge for Japan standard

There is an additional onsen cost per person per night which you must pay regardless (we couldn't use as we have tattoos and still had to pay) would rather they just add to their booking.com fees. Again, probably need a car if you choose to stay here. Hotel is getting run down and old.
