SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell

I had no complaints about the hotel except for a few of the card readers for entry into the hotel that did not work.

You can only enter the hotel from the main entrance. It seems the card readers for the back entrance and side entrance of the hotel were broken. In my opinion, the card reader for the back entrance certainly should be working. At night, I would think it would pose a safety risk considering you would have to walk outside from the back of the hotel to the front entrance. Another question is what happens when the temperature falls in the winter?

Untrustworthy. I had to check out early. I forgot my Amazon fire stick attached to the TV. I called and asked if they could mail it to me. The person I called went to the room to look for it. They told me it and the remote wasn't there, but the HDMI cable was out of the TV. She said she asked the cleaning lady and checked her cart. I verified my daughter didn't get it, then called back and asked if they can ask the cleaning lady again. She took offense and insisted they didn't have it I know 100% it was there when I left. It's a shame this happens for a $50 device.

It was a good stay, the internet connectivity was just terrible. Aside that, everything was good.

Breakfast, scrambled eggs, tasteless, no potatoes, not much of a variety

Location is good, parking is terrible, all parking is away from the main entrance or simply behind, or back side of entrance's main lobby, walls are thin, so you hear everything. Drive way into Hotel is very confusing ,

Poor breakfast, lack of food. Only eggs, ham, cereals. On weekend most of food finished by 9 AM. Room cleaning was below average. Room was not vacuumed, my leftovers were not cleaned.

The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. Breakfast could have had a few more options.
