Breakfast was decent. Pretty standard for hotel complimentary breakfast.

The woman working at the front desk who checked me into my room quite literally stole my phone after I set it down on the counter. The police were called and this was caught on camera. The police managed to get my phone back from the woman, but it was in the middle of being factory reset - clearly, she intended on selling my phone. I have been assured that the staff member has been terminated, but I know for a fact she continued working there after the hotel was alerted to the theft. The fact that a proven thief was allowed to work behind the front desk, with access to customers' credit cards, is disturbing. Even more disturbing, prior to calling the police, another staff member was heavily discouraging me from even looking for my phone - I was openly ridiculed by her to other staff members for trying to find my phone in the public dining area. If this other staff member was not aware of/complicit in the theft of my phone, I would be shocked.

quick drive to Wesleyan, hotel was clean, they forgot to install bathroom locks at this location (they installed the lock on the sliding door but nothing on the wall for it to click into), the beds are rock hard and one of the people they have working the breakfast station needs to be moved to a different position. We waited 15 minutes for the eggs, bread and coffee to be refilled before asking...the front desk told us breakfast is over at 9:00 so that might be it (it was 8:15), and when we asked the person woman who refills the breakfast she told us..while clearly annoyed...eggs take time to cook. Maybe if that's your job you should anticipate that.

Little things added up to make our stay frustrating. When we checked in we learned there would be a $3 a day parking charge. We expect a charge in a city location but this is not one. Come on, this is just irritating. Next, when we tried to use the hotel computer we were told it was broken. In addition, all the ice machines had been removed which meant that we had to get our ice from a central one on the first floor! Finally, when our TV wouldn't work, the young woman at the front desk told us she would send up someone to help. A half hour later no one did and after calling back, she said no one was working that night! Marriott, you can do a lot better!

The carpet was dirty,hair in the shower.Bathroom sink stopper didn't work and cabinet door to mini fridge was broken.

Enjoyed my stay lovely room great staff❤️
