Peninsula Gardens Hotel

The only thing we liked was the location.

Here’s some first impressions of this hotel: Our room was at least 1,5 times smaller than it was on photos. In bathroom we had no warm water and water didn’t flush in showercabin, the towel hook fell out of the wall. Not bad for 200+ euro per night! While staff were solving this problems I cut my foot with broken glass near the swimming pool. After to days of staying in this hotel no one came to me to talk about incident near the pool, later I discovered that executive wasn’t informed about this situation by the staff. The other problem is that walls in this hotel are made of something that you hear everything what your neighbours are saying to each other. We stayed there three nights and didn’t sleep well everyday. So we decided to leave this hotel and asked for refund. I won’t recommend anybody to stay there! It’s overpriced and you won’t be satisfied.

Felt exclusive and rooms are beautiful

It is unusual to be surrounded by such a caring team. We presented a big family with miscellaneous needs (last minute need for a transfer, speeded up dry cleaning, placing additional bed, etc.) and all of the requests were readily executed. I also would like to point out that every team member (cleaning personnel, restaurant crew and reception managers) demosntrated high-class service and strong client orientedness. Our family sincerely thanks every one of them!

The rooms are clean and the breakfast staff Salman is super friendly and funny!! The sunset and the seaview from the hotel is amazing. It’s a good place to unwind.

I found the rooms quite small. The blankets are not soft and comfortable.

Great variety of food items and breakfast area was excellent with an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked what the called "Sea View" rooms and paid for that, only to find that in order to see the sea you need to step out of the room and go to the terrace. That's not a sea view room where I wanted to see the sea from my room. Seems that they feel only suites with a proper sea view. so I believe it's overrated and the value of what we paid was not worth it.

Beautiful location

We recently had a wonderful time at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was just perfect for our needs. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the start.

However, we must mention that we encountered some cleaning issues during our stay. It seemed as though the room cleaning was not always thorough. Dust on surfaces and a few areas that were not properly cleaned were unfortunately quite noticeable. This was a minor drawback in an otherwise enjoyable stay. We want to emphasize that this cleanliness issue wouldn't necessarily deter us from considering another visit. We hope that the hotel management will pay even more attention to in-stay room cleaning in the future to further enhance the experience for all guests.

Great private brach, nice location for great sunsets. Good place to stay if you want to have super private and romantic vacation - especially if you have room with a pool.

Pretty poor breakfast for the price and very pricy hotel restaurant - I would not say that the food corresponds the price. Good to have their nice dinner once or twice with great view but not every day for sure.

Perfect location, cozy hotel, very relaxing atmosphere.
