beautiful scenery in nature by the sea. rooms are old. needs to get renovated. had a great upgrade to a room w private pool. great gourmet restaurant. too many sea beds next to each other at the beach. should be reduced when there r less people

We were hesitant in booking this hotel due to some of the mixed reviews however we had a Great stay here. All the staff were very friendly especially those in reception. They gave us a free upgrade with a plunge pool when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was some of the best food we had in turkey so far. Breakfast was lovely. Easy access into the sea for a swim and views were class.

Its a little out from the main town but taxi's were very easy to get and only about €7

Nice location albeit at the bottom of a very steep hill. Large private outside seating area with own pool. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room itself was spacious, with large and comfortable bed.

My wife and I were in this hotel for a week, unfortunately this hotel has made its mistakes and it is not ok. The first mistake they made was that when I made the reservation, they withdrew more money from my account than what I had booked for. For the second fault was that we asked for juice for breakfast several times but that the staff has not told us that there is a charge for the juice. I think that as staff, they should inform about such things. they did it when I drank Turkish coffee but not for the juice unfortunately. Unfortunately they took money for this even if they made a mistake with the payment. it is unprofessionally done by this hotel.

Thus hotel completely misleads its guests and sells itself as adult only and costs much more as a result . But you do not get what you pay for. The main reason we selected the peninsulas garden hotel was because it was adult only. This is NOT the case. Compounded by a management team whom do not take responsibility when you complain about children staying at the hotel and family drop ins to the pool and bar area. On two occasions families stayed at the hotel one in the room next door with a pool for a couple of nights ( children do jump excitedly in and out of pools ) and then a second for 3 nights as they had been let down by their childminder ! An even bigger problem they constantly allowed families to use the pool and bar area and the twist in this feedback is that the bar/ pool restaurant area is managed by a separate company ( their words not mine ) and every time we complained this was the excuse we were given ! well I did not book a hotel with no pool or restaurant ! I am not interested in the business model that they use to run their hotel ! All the pool signs clearly state Peninsula garden hotel. Out of 15 days there were 7 days when families ( young children and babies ) were allowed in the pool area and indeed on one day we had to shade under a tree as a family with a two year old child had the parasol ! This was a special occasion for my husband and I and we were hoping for peace, tranquility and something special. when we did complain the manager proceeded to inform one family this was the case which made for a very comfortable two days ( yes they did come back for a massage, again the hotel prioritising making money ). This resulted in the family behaving and staring in a very hostile way towards us. Surely when drop ins arrive they should advise they are adult only ! The managers excuse was the pool bar / restaurant needed to make money ! well next time I will buy a pizza or book a massage and stay in a much cheaper apartment down the road...

The hotel was lovely, great views and great location. The staff were great.

Poor vegetarian options for the calibre of hotel it claims to be. Chef very rigid in his/her thinking on vegetarian food, and lacked flexibility. Other guests smoking continuously on their terrace which meant I couldn't enjoy relaxing on my terrace with the horrible smell of smoke, despite having paid a lot of money. For health reasons I can accept breathing in cigarette smoke. It seems like the smokers can enjoy smoking on their terrace but non-smokers cannot enjoy being non-smokers.

I strongly recommend this hotel to the couples who wants a romantic and quiet holiday. We got a room with a pool which was great. The hotel staff is very friendly. You have many restaurant options in the town but if you need to eat in the hotel, the food is delicious. They offer a great selection of breakfast, all very fresh and delicious. We are so pleased with our stay and will be back in the coming years.
