The Lawns Tea Room and B&B

Very well furnished and everything in the apartment worked.

In the top floor apartment the ceilings are low in places I'm tall but it wouldn't bother most people!

The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It had everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was really lovely, with a selection of fresh fruits and cereal and fresh coffee. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to go to RSPB Ham Wall.

The parking was limited for the volume of people staying there. Having to ring the owner on arrival to the property and be guided as to where the key was hidden. We had just arrived after a long hot journey and it would have been nice to have had a personal welcome from the hosts. Not the best of welcomes.

Welcoming host. Clean and well presented room. We felt very much at home. The best breakfast ever. Great value for money.

It was very clean , very quiet and a good breakfast .

The kettle couldn’t be filled in the room cos it didn’t fit in the sink and there was no pubs close by that were open for food. Some information regarding places to eat would have been helpful .

Simon the proprietor was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, well decorated and the beds really comfy with a duvet to die for. Had a super night's sleep followed by a great shower. Breakfast was good with a selection of fruit yoghurt and cereals in addition to our cooked order.

Bit tricky to find initially due to central village location, but private parking when we did get there.

Great central location in the Somerset levels. Comfortable room and bed. Very good breakfast.
