The Lawns Tea Room and B&B

Nice quiet village location.

Old and jaded. People outside very loud until 2.30 am. Owner fine and breakfast ok but not value for money.

State of the rooms.

Simon was very helpful in our calls to him sorted out wat we called him for very nice pub 5 minutes down the rd breakfast very nice and was hot 😁

Very helpful breakfast very nice

Very friendly and helpful host, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. The only criticism was the shower - because of the design it was very difficult not to get a very wet bathroom floor ( though it was a good hot shower). Excellent breakfast with good choice and a full English breakfast freshly cooked if wanted.

The breakfast was faultless, cooked lovely, plenty of variety, fruit, cereal and full cooked breakfast. Choice of juices, and extra toast. Location was good, only a short drive to Glastonbury town.

The property used to be a care home, our bathroom still smelt like a care home, the wet room had pull round shower screens which were very black and mouldy. The towels were all different colours which seemed odd for a b&b. They didn’t smell very fresh, all you could smell was the smell from the bathroom, the floor where the shower was needed a good bleaching, we only had one pillow each, which was uncomfortable when watching TV. The kettle didn’t fit under the tap to fill up with water.
